Kathleen Nekola directs planning, operations and production with 14+ years of event logistics and production planning experience. She is an accomplished corporate affairs executive with progressive experience in a wide range of key assignments. She led the strategic planning and budget team with responsibility for events, corporate hospitality, global conferences and sponsorships. For 10 years, Kathleen produced the largest private annual corporate event in America and worked with the entertainment industry’s top companies including Creative Artist Agency (CAA), William Morris, Jam Productions, Live Technologies, Clair Brothers Audio and celebrity entertainers Celine Dion, Billy Joel, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Jerry Seinfeld, Martina McBride, Rod Stewart, Cher, Michael Bolton, Bill Cosby, John Mellencamp and many others.
Michelle DiSabato directs creative operations including thematic development, set-design and collateral material development. Michelle successfully developed, designed and implemented key business and programmatic strategies including managing and executing U.S. and international, multi-million dollar philanthropic initiatives. She is sought after in the philanthropic community as a subject matter expert on outcome measurement and programmatic benchmarking. Her work on large-scale events involved venue selection, space configuration, menu design and operations analysis. In addition, Michelle tapped her retail experience and brought her expertise to program merchandising including gift and award selection, and the design and creation of a full-scale exclusive amenities boutique. Michelle has worked closely with design houses such as Joseph Abboud, Coach, Nambe, Kosta Boda, Bobby Jones and St. Croix to customize event selections to provide each guest with a memorable event keepsake.
